  2. Select “consular appointments.” Then, select “Honduran or foreign.” If you select Honduran, you must fill in the applicant’s personal details: name, surname, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email, identity number, and current address.
  3. Remember that you must select the United States as your country of residence.
  4. The next step is to choose the Honduran consular facility where you wish to be treated. For example, if you are in North Carolina, you must choose Charlotte, North Carolina.
  5. Once the appointment has been requested, a confirmation will be sent to the email provided.

Benefits and uses of the Honduran Consular Registration

Although the consular registration can replace the passport only for simple services, it is also used by all Hondurans to open bank accounts in the United States. The consular registration is also easy to transport and more convenient to keep when traveling.
